By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged order dated 29.06.2022 passed by the Court of Principal District Judge, Nagpur, whereby an application at Exhibit 310 filed on behalf of the petitioner was rejected.

The contents of the impugned order itself would show that the present litigation has a chequered history. The appeal has been pending before the District Court since the year 1993, in respect of a suit filed as far back as in the year 1988. 3.

After arguing for sometime and when this Court was not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, the learned counsel for the Prity

Hence, dismissed as withdrawn.

Considering the fact that the appeal is pending before the District Court from the year 1993, the Court below is requested to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from today.
