WRIT PETITION NO. 3345 OF 2023 Despite service of notice on respondent Nos. 2 and 3, they have chosen not to appear before the Court.

Issue fresh notice to these respondents, returnable on 03.07.2024.

It is made clear that after service of notice, if those respondents fail to appear before the Court, in that case, proceedings under the Contempt of Court Act will be initiated against them.
