It is an admitted position in Writ Petition No. 1051/2023 ( and not in Writ Petition No. 1077/2023, as indicated in impugned communication dated 07.06.2023), which challenges the registration and classification as Class-5(A) granted to the petitioner - Society, there is no stay. Therefore, there was no occasion for respondent No. 2 to have passed the impugned order dated 07.06.2023 grating interim stay to the classification of the petitioner - Society which even otherwise is an unseasoned one. The impugned order dated 07.06.2023 is, therefore, quashed and set aside. The petition is, accordingly allowed in the above terms.
