Civil Application (F) No.1247 of 2020 Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper. Heard learned Advocate Shri M.M. Agnihotri for respondent No.1 and learned Advocate Smt. S.S. Godbole for the appellants.

Perused the order passed by this Court on 2nd July, 2019. Respondent No.1 was permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.40,00,000/- along with the interest subject to certain conditions. Respondent No.1 has made all the arrangements for fulfillment of those conditions. Due to pandemic situation, it could not be complied with. Hence, the order:-

O R D E R

a) The Office to accept the solvent surety and to transfer an amount of Rs.40,00,000/- along with the interest in the bank account of respondent No1.

b)Respondent No.1 to attend the Office on 5th November, 2020.

c) The civil application is disposed of.

First Appeal Nos.130/2017 and 131/2017 The appellants are given twelve weeks' time to file private paper book in both matters.
