These applications are filed on behalf of Yavatmal District Central Cooperative Bank Limited, seeking minor correction in the order dated 20/08/2020, the reason being that bank is unable to complete the process of election in view of the postponement of the election, in view of
19 wp 2470-2019.odt the of Maharashtra Ordinance No.XII of 2020, Clause 3(a) on account of COVID-19 Pandemic, dated 09/09/2020 passed in Miscellaneous Application Diary No.15366/2020 in SLP (C) No.8004/2019. 3.
As it is not possible to conduct the elections till the pandemic is over, the prayers in these applications appears to be reasonable. We, therefore, allow both the applications and direct that the order dated 20/08/2020 shall come into effect from the date on which the election process is over.
