Learned APP makes a statement that in the present matter during the pendency of the present application the charge-sheet came to be filed on 23.11.2022. This matter is pending since 2019 and after the filing of the charge-sheet no steps were taken to raise a challenge to the charge-sheet. 2.

In that view of the matter, the present application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of, with liberty to the applicants to file a fresh application raising a challenge to the charge-sheet, if so desire or take any other recourse as available in the law.
