Issue notice for final disposal at the admission stage to the respondent Nos. 1 to 4.
Learned AGP waives for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. There is no need to issue notice to Respondent No.5, as no relief has been claimed against it.
2] Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3] This petition would have to be allowed considering the limited nature of the prayer clause (a) and the rest of the prayers made in clauses (b) and (c) are not pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4] Accordingly, the petition is partly allowed and Respondent No.1 is directed to take appropriate decision in accordance with law in respect of the proposal regarding age
relaxation of the petitioner sent to him through communication dated 11.02.2014 within a period of two months from the date of the order. 5] Rule accordingly. No costs.
