The applicant who is a Teacher allegedly forwarded an obscene video to the informant, who is his student, and a message which read "I love you" on 16-3-2018.

The first information report is lodged on 01-5-2018. Shri N.B. Jawade, learned Additional Public Prosecutor fairly states that investigation is nearly complete. The learned Counsel Shri Piyush Rajurkar states that both the mobile sets are seized and are sent for forensic examination, which statement is not controverted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.

Since the investigation is nearly complete, there is no reason why the applicant should languish in jail.

The application is allowed. The applicant be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.15,000/- with a solvent surety of the like amount. 6.

The applicant is cautioned not to contact the informant or any witness nor shall the applicant tamper with the evidence.

The applicant shall attend the Ballapur Police Station every Saturday from 10-00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till filing of the charge-sheet.

8.

Any breach of this condition shall entitle the State to seek cancellation of bail of the applicant. 9.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
