Since the petitioners have an alternate remedy, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing the petitioners to take recourse the remedy available, pursuant to the Government Resolutions dated 27th March, 2024 and 29th April, 2024.

Once such grievance is raised by the petitioners, same be decided in accordance with the scheme of the aforesaid proposal and also the provisions of Rule 41A of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981.

If in case a proposal is forwarded in favour of the petitioners to the State Government for grant of approval, the State Government shall deal with the same within a period of four weeks from the receipt of proposal.
