Since the service was made by the learned counsel intimating withdrawal of Vakalatnama, there is no need to issue the notice to the appellants again. It is for the appellant to take care of the matter. In that view of the matter, counsel for the appellants are discharged.

In order to enable the appellants to enter fresh appearance, place the matter after eight weeks. If there is no appearance filed within a period of eight weeks, Second Appeal No.322/2013 shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
