Heard.

The applicants are arrested in crime registered against them for the offence punishable under Sections 65(e), 98(c) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act on the accusations that they had been indulging in transporting liquor to Gadchiroli district where sale of liquor is prohibited. The accusations against the applicants are that they were transporting liquor on two wheeler "Hero Honda Splendor".

2 ba501.17 Considering the facts of the case, the following order is passed:

The applicants having been arrested in Crime No.58/2017 registered by the non-applicant, they be released on bail on executing P.R. bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand) and furnishing two solvent sureties in the like amount.

The application is allowed accordingly.
