This is an application, whereby the applicant is seeking intervention in the present petition. It is stated that the intervenor has participated in e-auction and having emerged as a successful bidder, it has deposited an amount of Rs.1,01,000,00/-. Pendency of the present petition and interim order operating therein, according to the applicant, is causing prejudice to it.
