The learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner would submit that this amendment is necessary in view of decision passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 2078 of 2021 and connected matters, decided on 07/04/2022. 3.

On perusal of the said judgment and the proposed amendment, application needs to be allowed. Accordingly, the application stands allowed. Amendment to be carried out within one week. The petitioner to furnish amended copy to the respondents, who shall file reply to the amended petition within two weeks thereafter. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
