The issue raised in this petition is to the entitlement of the petitioner to the compensation under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in and Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Act, 2013 (for short, 'Act of 2013'), as it is claimed that since the majority of the land owners were not paid compensation pursuant to the Proviso (2) to Section 24 of the Act of 2013.

As there was no basis to the aforesaid contention, the petitioner was granted leave to substantiate the same. However, the petitioner submits that he is in the process of getting such information. 3.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition as not press at this stage with literary to approach again if such information is received.
