DATED : 02/08/2019 The learned Registrar (J.) has refused to grant registration to the petition as the petitioners failed to remove the office objections inspite of grant of opportunities. As the writ petition was rejected before notices could be issued to the respondents, without issuing notice to the respondents, accepting the explanation given in the applications and accepting the undertaking given by the learned advocate for the petitioners that the office objections will be removed within 10 days, delay of 42 days in filing the MCA is condoned, the order passed by the Registrar (J.) on 03/04/2017 is set aside and the writ petition is restored. The CA and MCA are allowed accordingly. No costs.
