After hearing learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent, and after going through the investigation papers, it reveals that father is the applicant against whom the allegation is that he has subjected his own daughter for sexual assault. After going through the papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same, with liberty to file afresh after receipt of the chemical analysis report.

Accordingly, application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
