The petitioner moves this application pointing out that the petitioners have filed the Regular Civil Suit No. 225 of 2015 before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandrapur and the learned trial Court is not proceeding in the said matter on the ground that the present writ petition is pending. Accordingly, he prays for disposal of the present writ petition by keeping all points open.
