Vide orders dated 20-12-2023 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No. 502/2023 and 18-7-2023 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No. 426/2023, the Court permitted the investigation to go on but to file charge-sheet after obtaining leave of the Court. The investigating agency intends to file 'A' summary and accordingly, applications are filed seeking permission to file summary.

In our view, such permission is not required because the Court's order was to seek permission if

Order cri wp 502 & 426.2023.odt charge-sheet is to be filed. Since investigating agency intends to file 'A' summary, it is at liberty to do so. The applications are accordingly disposed of.

Criminal Writ Petition Nos. 426 and 502 of 2023 4.

The prayer before the Court is for quashing First Information Report. Since investigating agency intends to file 'A' summary, the petitioners are not pressing for any order. The petitions are accordingly disposed of as not pressed for order.
