The Commissioner has submitted report as per the order passed by this Court on 20th March, 2015 in a sealed envelope.

The Registrar (Judicial) shall open the sealed envelope in presence of the advocates representing the workers and the advocate representing the Official Liquidator. Photocopies of the report, authenticated by the Registrar (Judicial) shall be given to the learned advocates representing the workers and the Official Liquidator, after receiving the necessary charges from the concerned. CIVIL APPLN. (CAO) NO.1129/2015.

2 OLR6.13 One of the claimants viz. Shri Vijay Laxman Buldeo has filed this application praying that he may be permitted to adduce evidence before the Commissioner appointed by this Court by the order dated 20th March, 2015. Accepting the reasons stated in the application, the prayer made by the claimant-Shri Vijay Laxman Buldeo is granted. He is permitted to adduce evidence before the Commissioner to substantiate his claim.

The claimant Shri Vijay Laxman Buldeo shall pay an amount of Rs.Five Thousand to the Commissioner Shri M.R. Pillai, Advocate before execution of the commission. The Civil Application is allowed in the above terms.

List the matter for further consideration on 14th October, 2015.
