DATED : 11 AUGUST, 2015 The petitioner has approached this Court claiming for admission of his son Avinash Rautaray for Bachelor of Architect in the Colleges, which are member of respondent No.2. Though it is contended by Mr. Naik, learned Counsel for respondent No.2 that as per Rule 1.12 of the Rules framed by respondent No.2 for admission to the First Year of Five Year Degree Course in Architecture, the petitioner is entitled for admission only in the colleges which are affiliated to R.T.M. Nagpur University, Nagpur, taking into consideration that there are seats available, respondent No.2 is willing to admit son of the petitioner at VIT's Padmabhushan Dr. Vasantdada Patil College of Architecture, Pune,

1108wp3695.15.odt 2/2 provided he secures admission within a period of eight days from 10/8/2015.

Since a seat is available in one of the Colleges, which is a member of respondent No.2, we do not find it necessary to go into the question as raised by learned Counsel Shri Naik regarding eligibility of the petitioner's son to be admitted only in the colleges of R.T.M. Nagpur University. The said question would be considered as and when necessary and if pressed.

Writ petition is disposed of by taking on record communication dated 10/8/2015 addressed by respondent No.2 to Shri Akshay Naik, Advocate. Same is marked 'X' for identification. It is made clear that the petitioner's son would be entitled to take admission in VIT's Padmabhushan Dr. Vasantdada Patil College of Architecture, Pune only he secures the admission by 17/8/2015.
