Delay of 133 days caused in filing second appeal is sought to be condoned on medical ground. It is stated that the applicant No.1 who was looking after the matter has suffered ligament injury in her left leg, as a consequence of which, the appeal could not be filed within the prescribed period of limitation. Medical certificates are filed on record along with the delay application. The contentions of the application are not disputed by filing reply. In view of the above, Civil Application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
