CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI & A.S. CHANDURKAR, JJ.
JULY 17, 2015.
Heard Shri Patil, learned counsel for the applicants/ petitioners and Shri Patel, learned AGP for the respondents.
Perused the order dated 30.01.2015 by which Misc. Civil Application No. 123 of 2015 in Writ Petition No. 2595 of 2014 was allowed and Writ Petition was restored back to file. Thereafter on the very same day, writ petition was disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to approach again, if any cause of action arose.
The present application has been filed pointing out that though this Court expected the State Government to consider the recommendations of the Director of Education, the matter has not been proceeded further though period of more than six months has expired.
Shri Patel, learned AGP submits that he has no instructions on facts.
We do not wish to record anything on merits of the controversy. Writ Petition No. 2595 of 2014 was disposed of as the State Government was expected to
1707caw1263.15 proceed further in accordance with law and this Court then found that State Government was also obliged to extend necessary opportunity to the petitioners. Hence, we direct Respondent No. 1 - State Government to take suitable decision within a period of two months from today. We direct the petitioners to appear before Respondent No. 1 on 31.07.2015 and to abide by its further instructions in the matter.
With these directions, Civil Application No.
1263 of 2015 is partly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
