DATE : 02/12/2020 Contempt of the order passed in Writ Petition No. 4376/2019 dated 07/02/2020 is alleged, by which the Director of Education was asked to take decision on the petitioners' proposal dated 10/12/2019, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

The learned A.G.P. makes a statement that the decision is taken and the bills of petitioner of Rs. 21,88,453/- have been cleared. The learned advocate representing the petitioner confirmed that the petitioner has received the said amount. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the contempt petition. Contempt Petition is disposed of.
