The orders passed by the subordinate authorities refusing licence of firearms to the petitioner has been challenged in this writ petition. The learned Advocate for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has expired and therefore, the petition has become infructuous. The learned Advocate has placed on the record the copy of death certificate of the petitioner alongwith the pursis. The petition is disposed accordingly.
