O R D E R

(Passed on 09.09.2023) The appellants are present through their Counsel Mr. P.R. Agrawal. Mrs. Mrunal Naik, Counsel for respondent No.3 is also present. The parties have jointly filed Form "N" with terms and conditions stating therein that they have settled the matter amicably between them on the terms and conditions mentioned in Form "N" and pursis.

In view of above, the appellants do not want to proceed further with the case and hence the matter is disposed of as settled in terms of pursis and Form "N". The claimants are hereby given liberty to withdraw the amount, along with interest accrued thereon, if any.

The requisite court fees, if any, be refunded as per Rules. A copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties. Proceeding closed.
