06/07/ The present application is filed for condonation of delay of 855 days for filing restoration application. The reasons stated in the application for causing delay is pandemic situation and Courts were not functioning. There is no serious objection for restoration of First Appeal on behalf of respondent. Accordingly application is allowed.

Delay in filing restoration application is hereby condoned. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.10158/2022 The reason stated in this application for restoration of First Appeal as stated in the application are the same for condonation of delay, therefore the application is allowed. The dismissed First Appeal No.318/2017 is therefore directed to be restored to its original number.
