The present application is filed by respondent no. 1 for grant of permission to withdraw the amount of compensation. 2.

The First Appeal No. 195/2018 was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 17/02/2020. Both the parties have placed on record the joint pursis and they are agreed on the calculations. As per the calculation sheet attached to the pursis, respondent no. 1 is entitled to receive an amount of Rs. 4,78,670/- along with accrued interest and the appellant is entitled to get refund of an amount of Rs. 48,837/- along with accrued interest.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.
