This application has been opposed by the learned A.P.P. However, I could not see from the case diary that any of the witnesses has attributed some overt-act to these applicants. What these witnesses are stating is that they were part of the unlawful assembly. In view of such evidence available on record, I am inclined to grant this application. Hence, the order. Application is allowed. The interim relief granted to the applicants by this Court on 24th June, 2016 is hereby confirmed, on same conditions.
