DATED : 29 th JULY, 2016 Both these petitions are for the direction to respondent nos. 1 to 3 to absorb the petitioners as surplus candidates in view of Rule 25-A of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules. In the affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.2, the Education Officer (Primary), Z.P. Yavatmal has made a categorical statement that the names of the petitioners have already been taken in the list of the excess teachers and they will be absorbed as per the vacancies arising in the school. It is further stated that in all probability by the end of August, 2016 the petitioner would be absorbed.

In that view of the matter, the petitions are disposed of as having served their purpose.
