The learned Additional Government Pleader has made a statement that the State has already taken steps for vacation of the interim protection granted by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division so that the removal of encroachment could be facilitated. In view of the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not wish to prosecute the petition. The public interest litigation is, therefore, disposed of as withdrawn.
