Civil Application No.1998 of 2015 Considering averments made in the application, time of ten weeks is granted to the applicants to deposit amount of Rs.25,000/- in this Court. Application is disposed of.

Civil Application No.1997 of 2015 Prayer is to grant stay to the effect and operation of the judgment of the Claims Tribunal. It is submitted that the Claims Tribunal was not justified in holding present applicants liable to pay compensation. It is further submitted that the deceased was under the influence of liquor when the accident took place.

28-FA-775-15 2/2 Though notice was issued on this applications, there is no appearance on behalf of the claimants. For the present if the applicants deposit in this Court an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- within period of twelve weeks from today, execution of the impugned award shall remain stayed during pendency of the appeal.
