Heard learned counsel Ms Archana Narad for the applicant, learned counsel Shri G.E. Moharir for non-applicant No.2, and learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri M.A. Kadu for non-applicant No.1. 2.

This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the first appeal. Though delay of 1146 days is huge and the application is opposed by learned counsel for non-applicant No.2, after hearing both learned counsel for the parties and after having perused the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay. Hence, the civil application is allowed. Delay of 1146 is hereby condoned. Office to register the first appeal.
