or directions and Registrar's orders.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mr.C.B.Dharmadhikari, counsel for the petitioner. Mrs.K.R.Deshpande, AGP for the respondent No.1. Mrs.T.D.Khade, counsel for the respondent No.3. CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK & V. M. DESHPANDE, JJ.

DATE : 12.04.2016.

By this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondents to forthwith declare the results of the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination of the petitioner. It appears that the writ petition was filed on 23/06/2014 and the aforesaid relief was sought. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite the efforts made by him to contact the petitioner, the petitioner has not responded. It is most likely that the cause for filing the writ petition must have been rendered infructuous and the petitioner must have appeared at the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination again.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
