It is stated that since the statutory appeal is filed after the Writ Petition is filed, the petitioner would wait for some time, to consider whether the respondent-Deputy Registrar would decide the Appeal within a reasonable time. The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition in this background.
