Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Advocates agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

Heard learned Advocate Shri S.O. Ahmed for respondent Nos.1 & 2 and learned Advocate Shri A.M. Kukday for the appellants.

This Court has already permitted respondent Nos.1 & 2 to withdraw 50% of the compensation on usual undertaking. They have furnished the usual undertaking. They are praying for dispensing their personal verification. It is for the reason that respondent No.1 is a cancer patient and there is high risk for him to attend to Nagpur from Yavatmal. I am inclined to accept the request partially. Hence the directions.

fa.364.20 2/2 Respondent No.2 is directed to attend the Nagpur Court for personal verification.

Nazar is directed to transfer the 50% of Rs.68,35,800/- along with the interest in the joint bank account of respondent Nos.1 & 2. Its details are given in paragraph 8 of the application.

The application is disposed of. Nazar to give him a date in the week starting from 23rd November, 2020.
