After hearing the learned counsel for the parties for sometime, when this Court expressed its mind, not to pass favourable orders in favour of the applicant, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to move this Court again if the trial in the matter does not start within the stipulated period.
