Prayer is to condone delay in filing second appeal. The reasons for delay are mentioned in paras 3 & 4 of the application. Though the prayer is opposed by the learned Counsel for the respondent No.1, I do not find that the delay has been deliberately caused. Hence, accepting aforesaid reasons, the delay in filing the second appeal stands condoned.
