The relief claimed in this petition is to restrain respondents from conducting the program scheduled on 8th and 9th June, 2019 at New Auditorium, Dikshabhoomi, Nagpur titled as "Bhartiya Samvidhan Sahitya Sammelan" under the banner of Samvidhan Foundation, Nagpur. The ground of challenge is that the literature can be obscene also, and therefore, there should be prevention on holding

Order 0706wp3940.19 such program, is purely hypothetical and imaginary. Apart from this, we do not find any fundamental right in favour of the petitioner or any fundamental duty cast, which can be enforced by way of filing Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3.

Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.
