Shri Qazi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Adgokar, learned AGP for the respondents. The learned AGP points out that as per directions of this Court in its order dated 19.12.2014, the petitioner has been permitted to join at Balapur. The affidavit of Director of Education (Primary) is produced on record along with a copy of order dated 12.02.2015 sent to the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Akola. The concerned Director of Education is present in Court.

In view of the affidavit and accompanying order dated 12.02.2015, we dispose of the writ petition. No order as to costs.

However, it is made clear that the petitioner can approach again, if he finds any difficulty. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
