In this appeal, a joint pursis is filed on behalf of the appellants and the respondents. The pursis is signed by them and also their respective counsel Shri P.S. Tembhare for the appellants and Shri M.A. Kadu for the respondents No.1 and 2. The original claimants are present in the Court. They are duly identified by their counsel Shri M.A. Kadu. Similarly, appellants - Pradeep Gulabrao Baraskar and Seema wd/o Pappu @ Chandrashekhar Deshmukh is also present in the Court. They are identified by their counsel Shri P.S. Tembhare.

The parties submits that they have settled their dispute amicably. The respondent - Savitribai Makkhan Dhurve accepted that she has received the demand draft of Rs.4,00,000/- today itself.

In view of the compromise and in view of the compromise pursis, the appeal is disposed of. Decree be drawn in terms of compromise pursis.

Needless to mention, Rs.50,000/-, which the appellants have deposited before this Court, the respondent No.1 on behalf of respondent No.2 will be entitled to withdraw the said amount along with the accrued interest.
