Writ Petition No. 2151/2021 The only relief that now survives for consideration in the writ petition is the prayer to decide proposal dated 23.11.2020 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner no. 4 on the post of Peon. The said proposal is pending with the respondent. Accordingly, the respondent shall take a decision on the aforesaid proposal within a period of six weeks from the date the petitioner nos. 4 to 6 appear before the respondent.

The petitioner no. 4 shall appear before the respondent on 01.08.2022. The decision taken be communicated to the parties. SMGate
