This is an application for direction to the Registry to transfer of Rs.1,50,000/- in the Bank Account of respondent No.1(b) viz. Prafulla Wankhede towards withdrawal of amount.

Since learned counsel for the nonapplicants have no objections to this application and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed as prayed for.

50% of the amount is permitted to be transferred in the Bank Account of respondent No.1(b) viz. Prafulla Wankhede.

The civil application is disposed of as such.
