The order dated 29-11-2021 reads thus :

"Ms. Dhawas, learned counsel for the petitioners, inspite of the Pursis Stamp No. 03/2021 has failed to place the acknowledgment of the petitioner No. 2 and the legal heirs of the petitioner No. 1 to whom the notice for withdrawal of power was issued on 31.08.2021. Learned counsel for the petitioners is absent today. List the matter after four weeks."

The petition is dismissed for want of prosecution with costs of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand). 4.

If any application for restoration is made, the Registry shall ensure that the direction to pay costs is duly complied with. The costs if paid, shall be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
