DATE : 07-10-2022 This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court by the Acquiring Body. Earlier, the Acquiring Body had challenged the judgment and award dated 10-07-2014 of the Reference Court. However, vide Pursis Stamp No.15625/2018, the Acquiring Body/VIDC had sought to withdraw the said Appeal which came to be withdrawn by an order of this Court dated 02-11-2018. The learned Counsel for the VIDC has no objection, if the amount is allowed to be withdrawn.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and having perused the application, the application is allowed as prayed for. Let the amount deposited in this Court be withdrawn by the applicants.

Registry to act accordingly.

Application stands disposed.
