After some arguments, Mr. A.M. Ghare, learned Advocate for respondent nos. 4 to 6, upon instructions states that appropriate pay-bill shall be submitted to respondent no.3 Education Officer within four weeks from today. In view of this statement, we direct the respondent no.3 Education Officer to look into the same after it is received as per law and in case of any dispute, grant opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The salary bill along with the bills for selection grade/senior scale shall be considered within next six weeks after its receipt. The amount due and payable to the petitioner shall be released to him within two months thereafter. Acceptance of that amount shall not preclude the petitioner from challenging the correctness of the exercise undertaken.
27.6WP.4845.16 Leaving all rival contentions open and with these directions, we partly allow this petition and dispose it of. No costs.
