Chopde, Advocate for the petitioners. CORAM : Z.A. HAQ, J.

DATE : 13.2.2018.

Heard.

The petitioners / original defendants have challenged the order passed by the subordinate Courts concurrently upholding the claim of the respondent / plaintiff for grant of temporary injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with the possession of plaintiff over the suit field.

After hearing the learned Advocate for the petitioners and examining the documents placed on record of the writ petition, I find that the subordinate Courts have properly considered all the relevant material on record. There is neither any illegality nor error of jurisdiction which necessitates interference with the impugned orders. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.

JUDGE Tambaskar.
