DATE : 11/06/2019 Heard learned AGP Ms. Naik for the applicants/appellants and learned Advocate Shri Lule for respondent nos. 1 and 2. Learned Advocate Shri Lule has submitted that deceased Vinayakrao A. Umate has executed Will Deed in favour of Chamfabai Umate widow of the respondent no. 1.

Learned AGP Ms. Naik has submitted that legal heirs of deceased respondent nos. 1-A to 1-H. There may be dispute between the parties in respect of the Will. At this stage, only on the basis of will only the respondent Chamfabai (only) can not be taken on record. All the legal heirs are to be taken on record.

Looking to the grounds mentioned in the applications, the applications are allowed.
