Present applications are moved by the legal representatives of respondent no.1 for condonation of delay in filing application for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1 on record. Respondent no.1 died on 24.09.2021 after passing of the judgment by this Court on 16.02.2017. However, these applications as per law needs to be moved by the appellant instead of the respondent. Learned counsel for the appellant-MIDC submits that he has no objection that the present applications be treated as filed by the appellant and allow the same. In view of this statement, the applications are allowed. The names of applicants permitted to be brought on record as legal representatives of respondent no.1. The delay is hereby condoned. Necessary amendment be carried out by the appellant within one week.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
