This is an application for grant of bail.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. Perused the investigation papers from which it reveals that initially also the present applicant is convicted for the similar type of the offence. A very tender age girl approximately of 10 years was subjected for the sexual harassment at the hands of the present applicant who is aged about 51 years. In view of that, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the applicant. 3.

Hence, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file after recording of evidence of a victim girl.

Permission is granted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
