After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicants in both the applications to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, this Court has expressed disinclination to grant bail to the present applicants.

In view of that the learned Counsel for both the applicants seek permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh after three months if trial is not concluded within three months.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that only seven witnesses are remained to be examined and there is a substantial progress in the trial.

In view of that, liberty is granted to the applicants to move the application for bail after three months if trial is not concluded.

The applications are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
